潘勇，男，博士，博士後，副教授。 

國家注冊安全工程師，國家級安全評價師，國家安全標準化考評員。中國化學會會員，中國化學會―英國皇家化學會合作會員，美國化學工程師協會會員。Journal of Hazardous Materials，Energy & Fuels，AIChE Journal，Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research，The International Journal of Thermophysics及Journal of Loss Prevention in the Process Industries等國際期刊審稿人。 

2004年至今參加了多項國家和省部級科研項目的研究，主要研究領域包括危險化學品安全、化工過程安全等。作為主要成員參加了國家自然科學基金項目、江蘇省自然科學基金項目、教育部博士點基金項目等項目的研究工作，並主持完成了江蘇省高校研究生科研創新計劃一項。現主持國家自然科學基金項目、江蘇省自然科學基金項目、國家博士後科研基金項目，江蘇省博士後科研基金項目各一項；承擔南京工業大學教育教學改革課題一項。 

在國內外知名刊物或國際學術會議上發表專業學術論文30餘篇，其中在AIChE Journal, Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research和Journal of Hazardous Materials 等國外權威期刊發表SCI論文10篇，被EI和ISTP收錄近10篇。出版學術專著1部。曾獲得教育部科技進步二等獎和國家安全生產監督管理總局安全生產科技成果二等獎各1項；獲得國家公開發明專利2項。主持完成了中石化金陵石化分公司、南京煉油廠有限責任公司、艾歐史密斯（中國）熱水器有限公司、張家港港華燃氣有限公司等江蘇省20餘項重大建設項目（工程）的安全評價及風險評估、10餘項重大事故隱患的評估和多起安全生產事故的技術調查分析工作，擔任無錫華潤燃氣有限公司、瓦克聚合物係列(南京)有限公司等多家企業的安全顧問或技術專家。 

1. 2009年，危險化學品重大事故隱患評價技術體係研究及工程應用，安全生產科技成果獎二等獎，國家安全生產監督管理局；

2. 2009年，化工裝置定量風險評價技術及工程應用，教育部高等學校科學技術進步二等獎，教育部；

3. 2009年，南京市第八屆自然科學優秀學術論文獎，南京市科協。
